New player keyboard shortcuts

The player now has YouTube-familiar shortcuts for play, skip, and speed, plus frame-step when paused.

K play / pause (same as Space)
J / L skip ±10 seconds
Shift+, / Shift+. step playback speed up or down, including Max
, / . and Shift+← / Shift+→ step two frames while paused
Skip tooltips show real arrow keycaps
