00:07This should be our common knowledge base for any next marketing activity that we want to plan.
00:15To start with, here a brief market analysis.
00:18As you can see today, we are a bit behind, in market leadership, but we are planning in the next, couple of years to become again the leader in the market, as we were, last year in terms of market share and, value of the market.
00:38To do so, we, identify some strengths, and also some opportunities.
00:45Worth it to mention, we identify some, niche market that we can go after that could be, an important opportunity for us to grow our market share.
00:55Of course, there are also some weakness, especially compared to the big, competitors that we have in, in the market and some threats, such as the the entrance of a new player that we need to keep an eye, to.
01:11The main marketing channels that we want to focus on for next year are the product led, marketing, also any activity that are related to product led growth, product led content marketing.
01:26We want to focus, our effort around, product led growth.
01:31So, we will, plan a full calendar of activities around this, aspect.
01:38And then the second main channel is partnership.
01:41We want to identify some strategic partners and enlarge our partnership network in the next years.
01:49To do so, this is the budget allocation.
01:52Of course, social media budget remain our main, investment because, of course, we know that social media can be quite, expensive and is, a really, good channel to to grow.
02:07But we are also planning to grow our investment in product led campaigns and partnership.
02:14The main KPIs that we will have next years next year is conversion and engagement.
02:21We think that these key performance indicators are quite achievable.
02:26They are pretty much the same as last year.
02:29So with, we are we have confidence that we're able to achieve them.
02:34This is the overall for all the the the channels.
02:38Of course, each channel will have a slightly different, target KPI, for conversion and engagement.
02:46And lastly, this is the schedules and deadline that we're planning.
02:50This is just an overview.
02:51In the first half of the year, we want to, focus on social media campaign and, already trying to find these strategic partners that will help us to grow in the second half of the year.
03:04And, also, in the second half of the year, we want to evaluate, which are the campaigns that have been more successful in terms of our, KPIs and try to reassess the strategy and focus more on the channels, the type of content that has been successful in the first half of the year.
