Supercut + Salesforce

Connect Supercut with Salesforce through your agent and turn customer conversations into Opportunity updates, Tasks, and notes.

Overview

Supercut and Salesforce both expose MCP servers, so your agent can read a recording and act in the org with the same permissions as the signed-in user — Opportunities, Tasks, Notes, and more. All you need is your agent connected to both.

Recordings become Opportunity context

Capture the customer conversation once. Your agent pulls the transcript and key frames, writes the update on the Opportunity, and links the Supercut so whoever owns the deal can see what was promised, not just what was typed.

It respects your Salesforce governance

Hosted Salesforce MCP runs in the authenticated user's context — field-level security, sharing rules, and audit logs still apply. Your agent works inside the org the same way a rep would. No side door around Salesforce permissions.

You decide what your agent can touch

This works like any other MCP connection. Supercut and Salesforce each list everything they let your agent do, and your agent shows both lists on its connectors page. You can see exactly what the two are offering before you use either.

Turn capabilities off

You can switch off anything you would rather your agent did not do. Let it create Tasks and Notes but not edit Opportunity fields, or keep write tools off until a workflow is proven. The integration still works, it just does less.

Or make it ask first

Your agent can also check with you before it acts, every time rather than once. Worth doing while you are still learning what a workflow does.

Permission travels with the recording

A video keeps the permission you gave it in Supercut wherever it ends up. Linked from a Salesforce record, it is still governed by the Share panel rather than by who can open that Opportunity. Org-wide visibility on the record does not make a private recording public.
