Supercut and Linear both have an MCP server, so you can integrate them through your agent. Then it can read a recording on one side and write the issues in the right project on the other. All you need is your agent connected to both.
You record the thing, your agent reads the transcript and the comments, pulls the frames from the moments that matter, and writes the issue: title, description, and every detail from the video. Then it links the supercut, so the recording stays one click from the issue for whoever picks it up and needs more context.
Your agent pulls the video, and before it writes anything it can read your actual Linear setup: your labels, your statuses, your teams, your people, your cycles and your projects. So it fills the fields with your values, taking the information you gave in the video. And if the issue is already open, it can add a comment with the new recording instead of filing a duplicate.
This works like any other MCP connection. Supercut and Linear each list everything they let your agent do, and your agent shows both lists on its connectors page. You can see exactly what the two are offering before you use either.
You can switch off anything you would rather your agent did not do. Let it open an issue but not change one, or comment but not close. The integration still works, it just does less.
Your agent can also check with you before it acts, every time rather than once. Worth doing while you are still learning what a workflow does.
A video keeps the permission you gave it in Supercut wherever it ends up. Attached to a Linear issue, it is still governed by the Share panel rather than by who can see the issue. The issue can be wide open while the recording is not.
