Supercut and Intercom both have an MCP server, so you can integrate them through your agent. Then it can read a recording on one side and write the article on the other. All you need is your agent connected to both. Intercom also plays Supercut videos natively, so the recording ends up inside the article rather than behind a link.
You can embed supercuts inside your help center articles, so readers watch the video without leaving the page. They can comment, react, and ask the AI assistant a question from inside the player, and you can switch any of that off in the video's settings. How to embed a Supercut into Intercom.
Demo the feature once. Your agent reads the transcript, pulls a frame from the second you did each step, and writes the article into your help center: what the customer is trying to do, the numbered steps, what they should see, and what to do when it does not work. It creates a draft, not a published article. It can also update an article that already exists, so the docs move when the product does.
Through the Intercom MCP, your agent can read the questions that come up most often, so it can tell you which article to record next. Then you record the answer once, or ask your agent to find the right product demo you already have, and let it write the article. The questions come from the conversations, the answers come from your recordings.
This works like any other MCP connection. Supercut and Intercom each list everything they let your agent do, and your agent shows both lists on its connectors page. You can see exactly what the two are offering before you use either.
You can switch off anything you would rather your agent did not do. Let it write a new article but never edit a published one, or read your conversations but not touch the help center at all. The integration still works, it just does less.
Your agent can also check with you before it acts, every time rather than once. Worth doing while you are still learning what a workflow does.
A video keeps the permission you gave it in Supercut wherever it ends up. Embedded in a help center article, it is still governed by the Share panel rather than by who can read the article. A public article will not make a private recording public. Worth checking before you publish, because a locked video in a live article is a support ticket of its own.
